You can taste venison and other dishes prepared in several ways from Wednesday, December 4th, to Sunday, December 8th, or until we sell out.

Venison pâté with cranberries, pistachios, and fig chutney
Slow-roasted wild boar loin with herbs, marinated pear, and cherry sauce
MAIN COURSE
Wild boar leg with rosehip sauce, Karlovy Vary dumplings
Venison medallions from the chop with juniper, cherry sauce, steak fries
Rolled venison neck, pumpkin puree, grenaille potatoes

Chestnut puree with blackberries and whipped cream
