Seven is a lucky and magical number for many people. Have you ever noticed the letter L on our bar? Try turning it.




Now, tell us, what do you see? Yes, it's a seven. The number seven has a huge significance for us at the brewery, but we'll talk about that later...




On Monday, January 30, 2023, it will be exactly 7 months since we opened. On this day, we are preparing a big competition for you on our Facebook page, with vouchers to our brewery as the prize. It will be a knowledge contest. We will be asking you why you see the number seven so often here. Investigate, ask your friends, get informed at the bar in the restaurant... But now, let's get to the beer itself...




One of the beer styles you’ll find in our permanent offering is the so-called India Pale Lager. This style is relatively new, brewed for less than fifteen years. Nevertheless, it has already built a large fan base. It combines two major beer worlds – aromatic American ales and classic lagers.




The dry, American IPA, richly hopped with aromatic cultivars, quickly found many fans here. However, its strength and bitterness often exceed the tolerable drinkability limit. Most drinkers can't last the whole evening with it.


That's where IPL comes in, a fresh, more aromatic lager whose drinkability is enticing and even addictive.




This philosophy is mixed in our seven with the long tradition of ultralight beers, which used to refresh workers like glassmakers. Thanks to the decoction brewing method and red malt, you'll find a light yet noticeable body, hopped with Kazbek, a variety bred from Žatec semi-early red. This gives the beer a pleasant and high bitterness, along with a mild citrus-spicy aroma.




As a refreshing companion, you will appreciate it on a cycling trip, working in the garden, or even in the sauna. With three percent alcohol, you always have it under control.




You can almost always find our seven on tap and also to-go in a 1L PET bottle.
